Having worked as a Lettings Maintenance Assistance, finding a Handyman to carry out small odd jobs in a timely manner was the most time consuming part of my job. Experienced in painting and DIY, I started taking on these jobs and now I offer these services to my private clients.

If a job is beyond my capabilities, I have a range of contacts in the trade industry who I can reliably recommend.

Odd Jobs

I carry out a variety of minor home repair and maintenance tasks, such as general painting, minor joinery, fencing repairs and installing curtain poles & shelves.

Assistance

I can help with everyday tasks, such as cleaning, tidying up, garden maintenance, running errands and building or rearranging furniture.

Pricing

Duration & Cost

All odd jobs, decorating, cleaning and errand running services are subject to a minimum labour charge of 1 hour. For an estimate, please contact me to discuss your specific needs.

Additional Mileage

An additional 40p per mile over 20 miles from Middleton on the Wolds is chargeable for less than four hours of work.
